The Luxury Customer Experience Index (LCEI) is an annual nationwide in-depth survey conducted of over 1,200 luxury automotive owners. LCEI asked customers to critique on a 0-10 scale 10 different aspects of ownership and customer experience of their luxury automotive brands. With the highest overall score of 8.36, Audi takes the cake as the Top Luxury Automotive Brand in the 2013 Luxury Customer Experience Index.
