As the presenting automobile sponsor for the Emmys, Audi used the national spotlight to highlight their pledge to make the roads safer.
Audi wants American drivers to step up to the plate and take the “Driver’s Pledge.” Drivers are pledging to be a smarter, safer, more efficient driver. Audi hopes the pledges make roads a more intelligent place and allow drivers to enjoy driving.
The driver pledge is part of the all-new 2012 Audi A6 campaign. The new Audi A6 is loaded with latest technology to help drivers deal with the challenging and sometimes dangerous road conditions. The 2012 Audi A6 was recently awarded the 2011 IIHS Top Safety Pick Award for the advanced safety and protection the A6 provides.
“Drivers daily face an unintelligent road. Frustrations, distractions and deterrents bombard drivers as they go from place to place,” said Scott Keogh, chief marketing officer of Audi of America. “Audi recognizes these conditions and is on a mission to find solutions that not only assist our drivers, but also help improve daily driving conditions across the nation. Now, starting today, Audi challenges drivers to join the movement and take the “Driver’s Pledge” for a more intelligent road.”
